As Jews, we know the feeling of being treated as strangers simply because of who we are. The Jewish tenet that all people are created B’tzelem Elohim, in the Divine Image, animates our work for LGBTQ people nationwide to be treated with dignity. We mobilize rabbis, community leaders and members, synagogues, youth movements, and Jewish advocacy organizations to affirm, on the bimah and in the streets, that fighting for LGBTQ equality is a Jewish imperative.
Keshet has been organizing and advocating for LGBTQ rights for many years. Learn about our current and past campaigns.
