As politicians, on both the federal level and in dozens of states, push policies* that deny LGBTQ+ people — especially trans youth — the basic dignities of life, Jewish families and LGBTQ+ people in states that have adopted harmful laws are living in fear and uncertainty. Keshet is sharing this resource list so that you, your loved ones, and your community members can find the support needed.
Keshet focuses on state-based work through our Community Mobilization work and Education & Training programming in Texas, North Carolina, Missouri, Arizona, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Florida, Illinois, New York, California, and Massachusetts. If your state is not listed here, we would still love to work with you and your community on developing needed resources and taking action against harmful policies. To get involved with Keshet’s work at the state level, reach out to [email protected].

*Including dangerous executive orders pushed by the new Administration designed to overwhelm and scare us. It is important to remember these orders are not laws, and will be — and already are being — challenged by courts, by states, and by the people.
