National Chaplain Toolkit

A coalition of faith-based and civil-rights and civil-liberties organizations has developed this toolkit to assist parents, students, teachers, faith leaders, advocates, and concerned community members in understanding and opposing school-chaplain bills that have been or might be introduced in their state legislatures.
