Arizona LGBTQ+ and ally Jews, we invite you to take action! Vote NO on the anti-trans measure on your Arizona ballot this election:
Proposition 318: Require All Schools and Athletic Associations to Restrict Sports Participation and Access to Private Spaces Based on Sex Measure
Keshet invites you to mobilize your Jewish communities to be involved in the effort to defeat Proposition 318. As LGBTQ+ Jews and allies, we are working towards a world where trans and LGBTQ+ youth and adults are treated with the dignity, safety, and humanity we all deserve. This means defeating harmful policy proposals that make us all unsafe. Learn how to take action below.
As Jews, we know the danger of silence when minorities are targeted. The LGBTQ+ community deserves the same access to safety and opportunities as everyone else, as we are all created B’tzelem Elohim, in the divine image, and equally worthy of kavod, respect. LGBTQ+ individuals should never be discriminated against, whether in healthcare, housing, education, or on the sports field.
It is our obligation to make our pro-equality position known loudly in the public square: Jews support transgender rights.
Talk with your friends, family, and Jewish community about the election and urge them to vote NO on Prop 318. Learn more about what’s on your ballot, and where and when to vote at vote411.org.
