The Leadership Project kicks off with, a dynamic, experiential day-long Leadership Summit that builds the capacity of leaders and their institutions to create LGBTQ inclusive and affirming environments for all community members. Each institution receives a year of follow-up coaching and consultation to help implement these concrete steps toward LGBTQ equality.

We are proud to co-partner with The Darrell Friedman Institute for Professional Development at the Weinberg Center on this program. The Darrell Friedman Institute for professional development at the Weinberg Center is a proud member of the Center for Leadership, a new community-wide program of The Associated that engages, develops and inspires both lay and professional leaders, separately and together, to ensure a vibrant Baltimore Jewish community.
