Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long XYZ Leadership Project, which consists of an institutional self-assessment, sending 2-4 staff members to the kickoff summit and closing summit, completing an action plan, and participating in five ongoing coaching calls throughout the year.

Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long South Florida-Keshet Leadership Project 2022, which consists of an institutional self-assessment, sending 2-4 staff members to the kickoff summit and closing summit, completing an action plan, and participating in five ongoing coaching calls throughout the year. 

The Leadership Project will kick off with an in-person full day summit on Thursday, August 25 from 8:30am to 4:00pm EST. 

This Leadership Project is a joint project of Keshet and the Greater Miami Jewish Federation, the Jewish Federation of Broward County, the Jewish Federation of South Palm Beach County, and the Jewish Federation of Palm Beach County.

To ensure equitable access to this program, the Leadership Project is billed on a sliding-scale fee based on organizational budget. For organizations with an annual budget under $1.5 million, the fee is $375. For organizations with an annual budget of $1.5-3 million, the fee is $750. For organizations with an annual budget of $3-5 million, the fee is $1,125. For organizations with an annual budget of over $5 million, the fee is $1,500. Please indicate into which of these ranges your organization falls.
Below is the application for the Westchester-Keshet Leadership Project 2022. This cohort is open to Jewish organizations in Westchester.

The Leadership Project will kick off with an in-person full day summit on Tuesday, December 6 from 8:30am to 4:00pm EST.

This Leadership Project is hosted by Westchester Jewish Community Services and cosponsored by Mosaic of Westchester, a committee of the Westchester Jewish Council. Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long Keshet Leadership Project for Young Adult Serving Organizations, which consists of an institutional self-assessment, sending 2-4 staff members to the kickoff summit and closing summit, completing an action plan, and participating in five ongoing coaching calls throughout the year.

The Keshet Leadership Project for Young Adult-Serving Organizations will be kicked off by an online two-session Leadership Summit for institutional leaders. The first will be from 12:00pm - 3:30pm EST on Thursday September 8, 2022 and the second session will be from 12:00pm - 3:30pm EST on Thursday September 22, 2022. 

Organization representatives are required to attend each session and complete the homework assigned before each session. 

To ensure equitable access to this program, the Leadership Project is billed on a sliding-scale fee based on organizational budget. For organizations with an annual budget under $1.5 million, the fee is $375. For organizations with an annual budget of $1.5-3 million, the fee is $750. In light of our current Covid-19 policies, Keshet and the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund have determined that this Leadership Project launch summit will be conducted online. The schedule of the day will be adjusted to provide for shorter Zoom sessions with breaks and individual work time throughout the day.
