The Leadership Project kick-off event for organizational leaders, the XXX-Keshet Leadership Summit, will take place on DATE, from 9:00am-3:00pm at the LOCATION (ADDRESS).

Through the generous support of Keshet is thrilled to offer this opportunity free of charge to participating institutions.

There is a $750 fee per organization to participate in the Summit (due today or invoiced), which includes the cost of your organization's representatives' attendance at the summit.

Through the generous support of XXX and Keshet, we are able to provide this opportunity at a rate of $450/organization (due today or invoiced), which includes the cost of your organization's representatives' attendance at the summit.
Below is the application for the SAGE-HRC-Keshet Leadership Project.  This cohort is open to residential long-term care providers.

Please fill out the information below, and we will review your application in the coming weeks. A member of Keshet’s Education & Training team will reach out to you to set up a brief phone call to learn more about your organization and enable you to ask any questions about the program. Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long SAGE-HRC-Keshet Leadership Project, which consists of an institutional self-assessment, sending 2-4 staff members to the kickoff summit and closing summit, completing an action plan, and participating in five ongoing coaching calls throughout the year. 

The Leadership Project will kick off with a two-part online summit on Thursday, January 13th, 2021 from 2:00-5:30pm EST and Thursday, January 27th, 2021 from 2:00-5:30pm EST. Zoom information will be provided upon acceptance and individual registration.

To ensure equitable access to this program, the Leadership Project is billed on a sliding-scale fee based on organizational budget. For organizations with an annual budget under $1.5 million, the fee is $375. For organizations with an annual budget of $1.5-3 million, the fee is $750. For organizations with an annual budget of $3-5 million, the fee is $1,125. For organizations with an annual budget of over $5 million, the fee is $1,500. Below is the application for the San Francisco Bay Area-Keshet Leadership Project. Please fill out the information below, and we will review your application in the coming weeks. Should you be accepted, your organization is committing to participating in the year-long Bay Area-Keshet Leadership Project. 

The Leadership Project will kick off with a full-day summit on October 14th, 2021 from 9:00am - 4:00 pm Pacific Time. In light of our current Covid-19 policies, Keshet and the Jewish Community Federation and Endowment Fund have determined that this Leadership Project launch summit will be conducted online. The schedule of the day will be adjusted to provide for shorter Zoom sessions with breaks and individual work time throughout the day.

The Leadership Project kick-off event for organizational leaders, the Greater Indianapolis-Keshet Leadership Summit, will take place on Tuesday, February 25th, 2020 from 9:00am to 3:30pm at the JCC Indianapolis (6701 Hoover Rd, Indianapolis, IN 46260).

There is a $180 fee per organization to participate in the Summit (due today or invoiced), which includes the cost of your organization's representatives' attendance at the summit.  

The Jewish Federation of Greater Indianapolis has generously offered to pay the $180 registration fee for the first 10 organizations that register for Leadership Project. If your organization would like to be eligible for this, please do not pay with a credit card on the next page of this form. Select "I would like Keshet to send me an invoice" and if you are one of the first 10 organizations to register we will let you know within a few days. If you are not one of the first 10 organizations to register, you will be invoiced in a few days for $180.
