We are excited that Shabbatonim are back! In 2022, we gathered almost 70 LGBTQ Jewish teens for two Shabbatonim, and are excited to begin planning next year’s retreats! Please check back in the fall for more information on dates for our transformative weekend retreats coming up in spring 2023!
The safety of our community and all communities is of the utmost importance to Keshet. Keshet’s policy is to not disclose the exact location of our Shabbaton retreats or our travel guidelines until registration is completed. Additionally, as the COVID pandemic continues we will re-evaluate conditions for safety and consult with partner organizations and medical professionals before proceeding with in-person programming. All our in-person youth programs will adhere to local guidelines. If you have additional questions about travel to/from the Shabbatonim or about COVID-19, please email [email protected].
We ask all eligible individuals to be vaccinated. We will send out a health check reminder prior to the Shabbaton, reminding all participants to join us only if they are in good health with no cold or flu symptoms. Additional testing prior to the Shabbaton may be required, based on CDC recommendations.
