Keshet and the Human Rights Campaign are partnering to host Kvetch and Kvell for the Equality Act: Call your Senators!, featuring Miz Cracker from RuPaul’s Drag Race.

We’re mobilizing the LGBTQ Jewish community and allies to make calls to the Senate calling for the passage of the Equality Act.  Miz Cracker  will provide motivation and fun as she performs and shares personal anecdotes from her life as a proud queer Jew!

At a time when the rights of many in our community are yet again being threatened, passing the Equality Act is critical to protecting LGBTQ folks and ensuring that everyone has equal rights across the country. Faith voices are often the loudest speaking out against LGBTQ rights and protections. This is our chance to say that we support LGBTQ protections not despite our faith, but because our shared Jewish values plainly state that all people deserve dignity and respect.
