Wendy is Founder and Principal of Rosov Consulting, a mission-driven company dedicated to informing and improving the philanthropy and practice of Jewish education and engagement. Wendy brings nearly 30 years of experience as a senior-level consultant to individual philanthropists, community and family foundations, and communal nonprofit organizations, including federations across North America. Over her career, she has worked with over 100 different grantmaking and operating foundations and their grantees. Through Rosov Consulting’s Israel office, Wendy and the team serve as evaluation consultants for the Government of Israel’s Ministry of Diaspora Affairs and work with other Israel-based clients.

Prior to founding Rosov Consulting, Wendy served for 10 years as senior staff at the Jewish Education Service of North America (JESNA). Wendy holds a PhD in Education from Stanford University, an MA in Jewish Education from the University of Judaism (now AJU), and a BA from Barnard College, Columbia University. Wendy is an alumna of the Wexner Graduate Fellowship Program. Wendy lives in Berkeley, CA with her partner Peg, who is Head of School at Brandeis Marin (a K-8 Jewish day school just outside of San Francisco). Their two children are in college at Hebrew University and Colorado College. After too many sports injuries, Wendy now enjoys swimming and hiking on a daily basis, and spending as much time as possible at a place called The Sea Ranch along the beautiful Northern California coast.
