Speakers and presenters bring a wealth of learned expertise and lived experience. As such it is important that all speakers be compensated for their work. Honoraria vary based on the length and type of speaking engagement as well as the amount of preparation time required.

Honoraria typically begin at $180-360 for short divrei Torah or panels for small or new organizations and top out at $4,000-5,000 for full scholar in residence weekends and major conference keynote addresses.
