Keshet, a national agency that promotes LGBT inclusion in the Jewish community and beyond, is accepting nominations for its second annual Landres Courage for Dignity Award.
To be presented in San Francisco in December, the award honors an individual who is an ally to the LGBT community. The 2014 award went to Ayala Katz, the mother of a slain Israeli teen, and Jennifer Gorovitz, former CEO of the S.F.-based Jewish Community Federation.
Nominations are due by Wednesday, June 17. For more information, visit http://www.keshetonline.org/landresaward or call the agency’s local office at (415) 766-0390.
