Leib Leaderman (he/him) brings a decade of experience as a fundraiser and storyteller to the role of Senior Manager, Development Communications. After consulting with Keshet’s Development department, Leib joined the team as a full-time staff member in Fall 2025. Now based in Western Massachusetts, he has worked in the Jewish and LGBTQ+ nonprofit worlds in Boston and NYC, with previous positions at OneTable and the Transgender Legal Defense and Education Fund (now Advocates for Trans Equality). Outside of work, Leib loves watching queer movies with his dog Julius, exploring the northeast, and swimming at Riis Beach. He is proud to share the powerful stories of Keshet’s life-changing work with institutional funders and donors, as well as audiences of prospective future funders.
