Come talk about diverse LGBTQ+ books and discuss how those identities are represented in media, while creating your own art, poster, or zine to express yourself at Wilmette Public Library. Snacks included! Be inspired by the “At the Intersection of Queer and Jewish” online zine made by teens to explore the intersections of their own identities. Keshet staff Issac Young will be on hand to talk about being queer and Jewish and expressing yourself through zine-making. All teens who are interested in learning or talking about the intersections of the many and wonderful identities that we all can have are welcome.
