We know that even as celebrations of LGBTQ+ pride and equality continue to grow and flourish, extremism and hate also become more vocal, visible, and violent. That’s why this year, Faith for Pride will emphasize the critical role that faith communities can play in de-escalating tensions and protecting Pride celebrations from threats and harassment.

Over the next few weeks, together with our partners, we’re going to train people across the country how to identify, respond to, and de-escalate hate – so that our movement can play a positive, peaceful, and supportive role at Pride celebrations nationwide.
