Gesher Community Care is a non-profit therapy referral service dedicated to connecting the Jewish community to safe, supportive, and culturally responsive individual therapists. We create spaces where being Jewish is understood, respected, and embraced, so all Jewish individuals can focus on their well-being without having to explain or defend their identity. Gesher offers subsidized therapy for those who need it, helping make care more accessible. We invest deeply in our clinicians, providing ongoing trainings, workshops, and seminars focused on antisemitism-related stress, trauma, and resilience, with special attention to the needs of emerging adults. We have a member of the LGBTQ+ on our mental health advisory board, and he spearheads our LGBTQ+ programming and workshops. With a growing national network of more than 350 trained therapists and 100+ clients matched, Gesher works to ensure that meaningful, culturally informed support is available when and where it’s needed. Please reach out at geshercc.org to be connected to a care provider. IG: @geshercommunitycare [email protected]
