For the past 3 years, we have been intentional about engaging members of the LGBTQ+ community in programming and in leadership spaces. We have opportunities for LGBTQ+ community members to connect with each other, and we aim to elevate the LGBTQ+ Jewish community in Greater MetroWest. We have work to do, but it remains an open conversation and we are constantly thinking and working toward full inclusion. We celebrate LGBTQ+ Pride month in our offices as well as in the community, and support our partner institutions as they celebrate Pride month in various ways. We have LGBTQ+ representation on our Welcoming and Inclusion Committee, as well as on our board.
