SRE Network strives to help Jewish organizations cultivate workplaces where people of all genders and identities can lead, contribute, and thrive. We prioritize LGBTQ+ belonging and inclusion through partnerships with LGBTQ+ focused organizations across the sector. We co-create learning programs, shared resources on allyship for LGBTQ+ Jews, and center LGBTQ+ leadership, stories, and learnings at our major gatherings. We also provide grants to LGBTQ+ focused projects.
