'Kavod (Respect): LGBTQI+ Friends, Families & Allies' is Congregation Beth El’s initiative to welcome and celebrate our LGBTQ+ friends, families, and allies. We are proud to offer designated all gender restrooms. We are proud to celebrate annually with Pride Shabbat and other programs throughout the year. We are proud that our staff and board members received an educational training with Keshet to explore ways to make our synagogue a more inclusive, welcoming, and safe environment for LGBTQ individual members, families, and staff. We are proud to welcome everyone as part of our community.
