About

Avodah is committed to creating an environment in which LGBTQ+ individuals are not only welcomed, but respected, supported, and able to participate fully in all aspects of our work. LGBTQ+ people are central to Avodah’s community and leadership. More than 60% of Avodah participants identify as queer, and LGBTQ+ individuals are represented across our Service Corps, Justice Fellowship, alumni network, staff, and facilitator teams. This level of representation shapes our organizational norms and ensures that LGBTQ+ voices are integral to our work.
