We have queer members in all levels of leadership and started our first queer inclusion initiative over 30 years ago and regularly check with queer members of the community on programming and needs to make sure they’re being met. We have a significant percentage of our members who identify as queer. We’re also an urban socially progressive community in a progressive city and queer inclusion, advocacy and protection is part of the fabric of who we are.
