About

Before the campers can have a joyful summer, we as camp staff first create a safe and secure environment for the children in our care. A fully safe environment includes physical, mental, and emotional security. Our first camp value is joy, and we strive every day to make sure each camper feels safe enough and comfortable enough to fully be themselves and feel joy at camp. Camp J and Club J strive to create a place of belonging for the diverse lived experiences of those in our community. We hope that we can foster a safe space for our campers to fully be themselves, and we look forward to celebrating LGBTQ+ belonging with your future camper!
