Our entire senior team identifies as LGBTQIA+. We have had an LGBTQIA+ affinity group since 2008 and have LGBTQIA+ specific events at least once a month. We educate our lay leaders about diversity in gender expression and have a number of LGBTQIA+ board members. We pride ourselves on not being heternormative and take this mandate seriously.
