The Greater Miami Jewish Federation is an inclusive and welcoming community that actively supports LGBTQ+ individuals through its values, programs, and leadership. Rooted in the Jewish principle that every person is created b’tzelem Elohim (in the image of God), the Federation promotes equality and dignity for all. It partners with and funds organizations that serve the LGBTQ+ Jewish community, encourages inclusive practices across its network, and creates safe spaces through training and education. LGBTQ+ individuals are represented in leadership and decision-making roles, and the Federation proudly participates in events that celebrate and affirm LGBTQ+ identities within Jewish life.
