We are thoroughly queer-affirming! Over 1/3 of our 150 adult members are LGBTQI+, including many parents of kiddos, and our Board is similarly representative of this fact. We have a queer affinity group that conducts social programming, Shabbat dinners, services, etc. We celebrate Pride Month, Trans Day of Remembrance/Visibility, and love opportunities to weave the works of queer authors/poets into our liturgy. We proudly proclaim that we are the "gayest shul in Metro Detroit" – and therefore, likely all of Michigan!

We offer masked Shabbat services 2x/month. We have affinity groups for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, seniors ("Getting Good at Getting Older"), families, and interfaith households.
