Our staff, student leadership and board include LGBTQ+ people, often in key roles. Our programming, while always LGBTQ+ friendly, also includes Queer Shabbat and Queer Torah, both in collaboration with the LGBTQ Center. We are housed on an LGBTQ+ friendly campus where an estimated 40% of the student body identifies in some way as LGBTQ+.

We have created multigender liturgy and educational materials in English and Hebrew. Three of our four current staff members identify as LGBTQ+.
