In the last 4 years, we have had an increase in LGBTQ+ folks, and particularly trans individuals who have converted with us and joined our community. We have a growing number of people who identify as LGBTQ+ in our community, and while we are still working to put important policies in place re the safety and belonging of LGBTQ+ community members, our congregation is warm, welcoming, and fully embraces this important shift in the demographics of our community.
