I am a mother of two, a healer, a lover of animals, yoga, and nature. I am often serious, sometimes funny, and always warm and welcoming. I bring curiosity and comfort, an open heart and mind.
I majored in Gender studies at Oberlin College, graduated from the Jewish Theological Seminary of NY with a double Masters in Jewish sacred music and Jewish education. I was ordained by JTS as Hazzan in 2007 and received smicha from the Academy for Jewish Religion NY in 2024. I have completed leadership programs through the Institute for Jewish Spirituality and CLAL, and I have served as spiritual leader of Temple Beth David for 15 years.
