We are the only full-time Reform congregation in the Coachella Valley with an out rabbi, administrator and bookkeeper. We have an affinity group for our GLBTQ congregants. Our GLBTQ congregants regularly participate in worship, social activities, and synagogue leadership. We foster a safe community for people to be who they are.

We hope that Temple Sinai becomes a place where Judaism blooms in the desert where people come to us as Jews and people who love Jews and find themselves affirmed and loved.
