About

Hi! My name is Arielle and I serve as Assistant Rabbi at Congregation Rodeph Sholom in NYC. I'm originally from Long Island. I studied Studio Art and Judaic Studies at New York University. My focus as a rabbi is to integrate creativity and Judaism, bringing relevance and artistic exploration to our ancient tradition. I seek to meet individuals and families where they are while ensuring that Jewish history, culture and tradition are honored. I grew up in the Conservative movement, became a Reform rabbi and have spent significant time in interfaith communities and contexts. A central element of my work focuses on helping people craft lifecycle rituals and events that reflect the many aspects of heritage, tradition and spirituality that are part of modern life and relationships.
