By the time the middle of Passover rolls around, matzah might be starting to lose its appeal (we see you, year-round matzah eaters) and you might be wondering how to get through all the matzah meal you bought in your pre-Passover excitement. We’ve been there, and we’re going to show you how to use it up, in the least expected way!

During this cooking class, we’ll show you how to make two passover pastas (you read that right!), that we hope will become holiday staples for you. We’ll be making Lemon Pepper Pappardelle and Ricotta Gnocchi with Herbs.
