If you are interested in choosing Keshet for your Tzedakah or B’Mitzvah project, here are a few ideas:

1. Mobilize your community to take action for LGBTQ+ rights

Reach out to our Director of Community Mobilization, Jon Cohen (he/him). You can have folks fill out postcards to legislators, participate in digital action (to send emails, tweets, or call their senators), etc. Learn more here.

2. Make a donation or host a fundraiser to support Keshet’s work for LGBTQ+ equality in Jewish life

Donate online or by mail, or contact Elana Ohl (she/her), our Annual Giving and Events Manager, for information about raising money for Keshet. If you’d like to host a youth-focused or youth-led event, contact Jaimie Krass (she/her), our Director of Youth Programs.

3. Collaborate with Keshet to host a training for congregants or synagogue leadership

Learn more about Keshet’s trainings, or reach out directly to Rabbi Micah Buck-Yael (he/they), our Director of Education and Training.
