A Tony-winning producer, she is Board President Emerita of Page 73 Productions, a company dedicated to launching early-career playwrights. Past board experience includes education and international student exchange. She holds an MBA from the Darden School at the University of Virginia, and BA in Economics from Yale. An ally, mother of three, and member of Congregation Rodeph Sholom, she lives with her husband Joe in New York City. You can often find her hiking or in local yarn stores.
Amy Born has worked in the field of organizational psychology and organizational development throughout her career. She is a currently Senior Consultant at CFAR with over 20 years of experience supporting nonprofit, corporate, and family business organizations through an organizational psychology lens. Prior to her work at CFAR, Amy worked at Leading Edge, Korn Ferry Hay Group, City Year, and Hillel International. She is committed to the Jewish nonprofit sector, having served on a number of boards and currently serves on the Jim Joseph Foundation Board of Directors. Amy holds a Master’s in Social and Organizational Psychology from Columbia University and a BA in Cultural Anthropology and Theater from Washington University in St. Louis.
Tamar Prager is a mother, wife, percussionist, and outdoor enthusiast living in Westchester, New York. She comes from a background in health care with years of service in public health and clinical nursing. Tamar founded a consulting business in 2020 called Tamar Prager, teaching people how to radically transform their relationship to their possessions, so they can access freedom and joy in their everyday lives. She received her BA from Barnard College, Columbia University, and her MPH, RN, and NP degrees from Columbia University. In the past two decades since coming out, she has spoken in synagogues, support groups, and non-profit Jewish organizations with the aim of cultivating awareness about the intersectionality between Jewish and queer worlds. Tamar’s published articles have been featured in print and online publications. In 2006, she wrote the feature article for Lilith magazine entitled “Coming Out in the Orthodox Community.”
Liana Krupp is the President and Trustee of the Krupp Family Foundation and Managing Director of the Philip & Bernice Krupp Foundation for Jewish Life, which focuses its work on capacity building and community partnerships across the Jewish, food and arts sectors. She is deeply involved in the Foundation’s strategic work and is a patron of the arts nationally and internationally. In her work, Liana finds new ways of connecting racial and economic equity as well as broadening racial and gender representation in the organizations she is involved with. It has empowered her to step beyond the traditional role of a grant maker, to become an active ally, advocate and adviser to the partners the Foundation supports.
Krupp began her career in the fashion department at Interview Magazine. After her time at Interview, she worked as a stylist, writer, and TV producer in New York City before relocating to Boston. There she lent her expertise to digital publishing, communications, and PR, and created a long-running news site for the creative industry in New England. She now directs the Krupp Family Foundation’s work full time, alongside her other philanthropic endeavors including: the Curators Circle for the Fashion & Textile Arts Department at MFA Boston; New England Foundation for the Arts Advisory Council; Boston Arts Academy Fashion Technology Advisory Council; Board of Trustees at Ballroom Marfa (TX); Chinati Contemporary Council (TX); and Planned Parenthood Federation of America’s Leadership Council.
Liana currently divides her time between Boston and the west side of Los Angeles with her husband, Michael, and daughter, Frankie.
With anti-oppressive pedagogy and a love of adventure as her modi operandi, Jaimie serves as Keshet’s President & CEO. She brings a decade of creative curriculum design experience, an innovative spirit, crisis management skills, and boundless energy to this holy work of building a more just, affirming, and celebratory world for LGBTQ+ Jewish youth.
Prior to joining Keshet, Jaimie served as a Hillel campus professional for seven years (two at Muhlenberg College Hillel in PA, and five at Columbia/Barnard Hillel in NYC), creating and leading immersive experiences, reimagining Jewish tradition, and empowering students to seize ownership of their journeys and become leaders in their communities. She received her B.A. in political science and Jewish studies from the University of Florida and her M.A. in Jewish education and nonprofit professional leadership from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America. Throughout her career — and extending back to her teenage years — she has advocated for LGBTQ+ justice and inclusion, facilitating trainings at a variety of conferences, JCCs, and synagogues, and creating safe spaces for LGBTQ+ Russian-speaking Jewish teens in Brooklyn, NY.
She is a dedicated volunteer with The Trevor Project, a proud Pardes alumna, and a member of the Schusterman ROI Community. Outside of work, Jaimie enjoys starting every day with a double espresso, collecting queer graphic t-shirts, seeing as much theatre as she can, and simultaneously complaining about NYC while also insisting it is the greatest city in the world. She lives in (you guessed it) New York with her wife and their dog, MishMish.
Eli Gurock lives in Brookline, MA, and grew up in Riverdale in the Bronx with his wife and high school sweetheart, Sheri. Together, they founded the baby gear and toy retail company Magic Beans in 2004, where Eli is the CEO. He is obsessed with his three kids, diligently practices handstands in his spare time, drinks lots of Starbucks Italian roast coffee, and is very involved in his local independent, egalitarian Minyan. Eli also helps families worldwide navigate the world of baby gear through his popular YouTube channel, which has over 20 million views.
Ari is an attorney whose practice focuses on employment and higher education law. In this role, Ari advises organizations on how to avoid employee conflict and minimize the risk of litigation. Ari also represents businesses and non-profits in state and federal court. In addition, Ari serves as an investigator of claims of workplace misconduct and allegations of sexual misconduct and harassment on university campus. Ari frequently presents and writes about anti-discrimination laws and workplace issues, with a special focus on the creation of inclusive and equitable workplaces for LGBTQ+ employees.
Ari graduated from Tufts University and received her law degree from Boston University.
A passionate champion of human centered design, Xiomara Lorenzo combines her backgrounds in business strategy, data analytics, and product leadership to lead user experience, product, and operations teams at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts. As Senior Director, Enterprise Digital, Omni, and AI, she leverages her intrapreneurial background to support the development of engaging and measurable digital experiences. Prior to Blue Cross, Lorenzo worked with Fortune 500 companies, including leading the MassMutual financial wellness startup, Society of Grownups. In these roles, she helped these organizations make data-driven decisions to better serve customers. Xiomara received their MBA from NYU Stern School of Business and BA from Wesleyan University. Additionally, they are the founder of Xiomara Lorenzo Designs, a boutique studio specializing in handcrafted 3D-printed jewelry.
Dana Raucher is the Executive Director of The Samuel Bronfman Foundation. She serves on the boards of various non-profits, including the Bronfman Fellowship, 70 Faces Media, the Shefa School, the American Jewish Historical Society, and the Jewish Book Council. Prior to joining the Foundation, Dana worked at the Tel Aviv based law firm of Shiboleth & Co. She is a graduate of Columbia University and the Buchmann Law School at Tel Aviv University. Dana and her husband Yossi live in NYC with their kids and have been longtime supporters of Keshet.
