The health of our community is of paramount importance to us and therefore we must cancel the West Coast Shabbaton in accordance with the direction of health authorities. We look forward to celebrating Keshet’s work with you in the future.
Being a teenager is hard. For queer Jewish teens, the social pressures to fit in or the anxieties of standing out may feel even harder — especially in a world where homophobia, transphobia, and anti-Semitism are on the rise. At our West Coast Shabbaton, queer Jewish teens and allies will come together to build meaningful friendships, engage in deep Jewish learning, and return home to build a world we can all be proud of.
