Shannon Saul brings her passion for intersectional community organizing and a legislative background to her role as Community Mobilization Manager.
Prior to joining Keshet, Shannon was a Research Analyst at the National Conference of State Legislatures where she worked across an array of policy domains affecting child and family well-being to track legislation and provide research for state legislators. She earned her B.A. from the University of Denver in International Studies and Gender and Women’s Studies with a minor in Hebrew. She has worked at a rape crisis center supporting survivors and providing consent education for local schools and co-founded a nonprofit to help survivors of gender-based violence share their stories.
In her free time, you can find Shannon traveling and listening to Beyoncé. She lives in Denver with her puppy named Auckland, who is spoiled like the princess she is.
