Leah is a nonprofit CRM, digital marketing, and measurement expert who builds technology systems to support Keshet’s program, operations, marketing, and fundraising efforts.
Most recently, Leah served as the director of analytics and digital engagement at The Jewish Education Project and as an independent consultant for nonprofits as Kopperwoman. She also has held senior roles at Blackbaud, Make Waves Not Noise, and Barnard College.
Leah studied Predictive Analytics at Northwestern University, earned an M.S. in nonprofit management from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at The New School, an M.A. in sociology from the University at Buffalo and a B.A. from Barnard College. She has shared her expertise as an adjunct professor at The New School.
Outside of work, Leah has served as on the board of directors of the Stonewall Chorale, the nation’s first LGBTQ chorus for which she also sang, and has sat on New York City Anti-Violence Project’s Communications Committee. She is active in the Nonprofit Technology Network and the Salesforce nonprofit community.
Leah lives with her wife Rabbi Valerie Lieber and their two cats in Brooklyn, New York, where she often can be spotted at the Park Slope Food Coop, knitting, or riding her motor scooter.
