To meet the growing demand among summer camps to develop LGBTQ-affirming communities, Keshet is offering a train-the-trainer-style program to allow camps to access self-facilitated staff training materials for LGBTQ belonging at camp. These resources will empower summer camp leaders to facilitate a 90-minute LGBTQ training for their own staff. 

Participating summer camps will receive access to our training videos, curriculum, and facilitator’s workshop in 2025. This program is self-facilitated: each camp will identify 2-6 staff members who will use Keshet’s videos and training curriculum to facilitate a 90-minute orientation training for the full staff, ideally during staff orientation week. 

For the cost of $360 per camp, each participating camp will receive our series of 10 mini-videos, a curriculum for a 90-minute staff orientation (which can be broken into two or more sessions), and participation in our online facilitator’s workshop, which takes place annually  in May. For returning camps, this program is available at a reduced rate of $180 per camp.
