In 2016, Governor Charlie Baker along with a supermajority in the Massachusetts State House signed into law that people cannot face discrimination in public places (i.e. doctors’ offices, restaurants, hotels) because of their gender identity. Voting no on Question 3 in November would dismantle these laws and protections. Voting yes would keep them in place.
