RSVP: The Neighborhood: An Urban Center for Jewish Life

Join The Neighborhood: An Urban Center for Jewish Life on Thursday, June 20, at 7:00 PM for an exploration of Jewish 2SLGBTQIA+ pathways to parenthood. Rabbi Nikki DeBlosi will share Jewish sources to spark conversations about the role of Queerness in Jewish parenting. We will then transition to a conversation, moderated by Laura Vladimirova, LMSW, with experts in family planning to learn about topics related to Queer family building, such as clinical care, psychological safety, and legal planning. This event is intended for those who want to introduce a Queer dimension to Jewish parenthood. Whether you’ve already begun bringing children into the world or you’re unsure if parenthood is right for you; whether you’re attending with significant others or solo, or you have another story, we hope this event will resonate with a variety of identities.
