Two deeply connected movements, the Chevra Kadisha and Mikveh communities, are coming together for a day of learning, connection, and collaboration. Water has always been a conduit for transformation in Jewish ritual — it cleanses, connects, and sanctifies. Both taharah (ritual preparation for burial) and mikveh (ritual immersion) are deeply centered on water and care, offering moments of profound connection in times of transition.
